The Otsutsuki Clan
So to nerf this clan a bit in advance, I'd like to have system where gaining these powers is a % chance. So like if they fail to gain any powers on their 10 remakes then boohoo can't be helped m8.
This clan will not be compatible with Uchiha.

Greatly boosts all stats, also unlocks few abilities.
Gaining this will require stealing 10 sharingans and 5 rinnegans.
Byakugan
Boosts taijutsu.
All-Killing Ash Bones
1 Tile project that deals taijutsu damage. It has a chance of doing one of the following:
2% chance to hit the head and instantly kill the target
9% chance to hit the body and freeze the target
15% chance to hit the arms and make the target unable to use jutsus.
20% chance to hit the legs and stun the target.
Has a long CD.
Amenominaka
Teleports the user and target to another dimension (Different than Obito's). Requires Rinne Sharingan
Infinite Tsukuyomi
Deals massive Gen based damage.
In order for the jutsu to work, the target must be stunned and the user has to be facing the opponent. Requires Rinne Sharingan. Really long CD
Eight God Vacuum Attack
Shoots few massive projectiles dealing Tai damage. Requires Rinne Sharingan.
Decently long CD
Truth-Seeking Balls
Homing 1 tile projectiles doing Nin damage. Requires Rinne Sharingan
Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball
Very slow and big projectile. Deals massive Nin damage and has a very long CD. Requires Rinne Sharingan
God: Nativity of a World of Trees Stun
1 Tile projectile that does not damage but stuns upon contact. Must be in Amenominaka. Requires Rinne Sharingan
God: Nativity of a World of Trees Absorb
Can be used after God: Nativity of a World of Trees Stun. User absorbs all chakra from the target. Requires Rinne Sharingan.

Rabbit Hair Needle
1 Tile projectile which messes up the target's movements for a while. Deals Tai damage.
Yomotsu Hirasaka
Allows the user to teleport in and out of Tsukuyomi, Obito's Dimension and Amenominaka.
The Toneri Gene 8% chance of gaining.
Byakugan
Boosts tai.
Energy Vessel
Item that boosts chakra. Every time somebody hits the user with ninjutsu and the user is wearing Energy Vessel, 5% of the damage is turned into chakra and absorbed by the Energy Vessel.
Absorb
User absorbs the stored chakra from the Energy Vessel.
Tenseigan
Boosts all stats. Requires 250 kills and 1.+10 stored chakra on the Energy Vessel
Tenseigan Chakra Mode
Boosts all stats. Requires 1.+10 stats and Tenseigan.
Truth-Seeking Balls
1 Tile Homing projectiles dealing Nin damage. Requires Tenseigan Chakra Mode.
Killing a target with Truth-Seeking Ball will have a chance of making the target their puppet that has half the strength of the original player. 10 Puppets max. Relogging or dying resets it.
Summon Gedo Mazou
Summons a big Demon Statue that deals Nin damage upon contact.
The Second Generation Gene 2% chance of gaining.
Basically the fusion of Hamura and Hagomoro Otsutsuki.
Rinne Tenseigan
Boosts all stats.
Grants all the jutsus Pein's rinnegan does except 1.3x stronger.
Truth-Seeking Balls
1 Tile homing that deals Nin damage.
Six Paths Sage Technique
Boosts all stats. Requires killing a jinchuuriki and somebody with any kind of Sage mode. Also requires 1.+10 stats.
