Personally, my techniques tab is quite crowded and flooded with jutsus. Perhaps it would be nice to have different jutsu tabs in order to sort jutsus better, for example:
Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Doujutsu, Senjutsu, fuuinjutsu, bijuu tabs, a boost tab (where maybe all normal ninjutsu boosts go into, so doujutsu, senjutsu etc boosts still go into their respective tab but all the other boosts go into one tab so it's easy to distuingish boosts and actual combat abilities.)
Perhaps i've missed some tabs but i think you get the idea.
